STEP 1 - Walkthrough & Home Evaluation
We'll walkthrough your home and make suggestions on what to repair and what not to. We may suggest cost effective cosmetic repairs that will boost the home value and help to sell it faster.
STEP 2 - Mximum Home Exposure
It’s a number’s game. The more people will be exposed to your home the more likely you will sell it for more and faster. Simple but not so easy. We'll use cutting edge strategies and tools for maximum exposure and attract the most ualified buyers so your house sells fast.
STEP 3 - Negotiation
Lead the home owner through the selling process, negotiate with the buying side, handle the inspection response and coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction.
