  • Off the market - We’ll also look for failed pending, price reductions and off the market properties (We’ll provide 30 pages report on any desired property). Cost: Free.  
  • Online Actions – We’ll share best practices to buy HUD homes and online auction homes. Cost: Free.  
  • Investment Optimization - As for the two big cash flow usual suspects killers: Rental transitions and repairs - We'll share our best method of cutting transition time in half and acquiring tenants who will take care of your properties, and no, we are not talking about lease option or rent-to-own. Cost: Free.
