He is passionate about researching investment data and tools and then sharing the most important information about real estate strategy, market cycles and the economy. Dave has been a Real Estate investor since 2009 having owned and managed multiple commercial properties, vacation rentals and single-family residential homes. His focus is on serving sellers, buyers and investors. His professional approach with detailed and clear communication, is of utmost importance to ensure the transactional experience is smooth. His constant desire to stay current in the market while studying industry trends allows Dave to provide the greatest value to his clients.
